All Kevin Burns Golf products are custom-made or limited-release items. As such, these custom or limited-release items, such as our limited-availability custom putters, are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, modified, or returned for merchandise credit or refund. 

If you believe you have received a product that is defective, please contact us at info@kbgolf.com 

Any returns and exchanges must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning.  

This can be obtained by contacting us at info@kbgolf.com

Any returned product received by Kevin Burns Golf without an approved RA# may not be processed.

In order to obtain an RA#, submit a request through our online contact form, or email directly to info@kbgolf.com

Please include: 

      1.    Original proof of purchase (required)

      2.    Reason for your return/exchange/cancelation

If approved, we will provide the RA#,  free USPS Return label (Contiguous US Only), and any additional information needed to complete the process. Please see our warranty policy for more information about exchanges and our commitment to your satisfaction. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like limited-release products (such as custom ball markers, divot tools, headwear, apparel, head covers, shafts, and grips), custom products, (such as special orders or personalized items), and fitting services (such as fitting fees). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
